* All players must be on the team roster or the team forfeits the game
* Blueline icing
* Win = 3pts, OT Win = 2 pts, OT Loss = 1 pt
* Round 1 & 2 - tie game after 3 periods results in 3 round shoot-out, then sudden death shoot-out, visiting team shoots first
* Reseeding tie-breakers from Round 1 to 2 and from Round 2 to championships: most wins, H2H, goal dif = gf/(gf + ga), least penalty min, least ga, rock-paper-scissors
* Goal differential capped at 7 for any game
